Really poor customer service

Showed up to install an new swamp cooler my wife was upstairs feeding our 3 month old and did not answer the door when they needed to get inside the second time. They where to busy to wait 15 minute because they where over booked. Left my swamp cooler torn apart on the roof with pannels dangerously able to blow off the roof and said the would be back in two weeks. We waited 3 hours for them and they never showed up. When we called they said it would be another two weeks before they could come back. Don't hire them unless you want to be jerked around.
Salt City Heating and Air Conditioning

I found this hvac contractor through a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone, even my own mother. I purchased and had installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Eric was prompt and courteous through the whole process. His prices were very fair. He even lowered his price when he was able to complete the job in less time than he thought it would take him. He took the time to answer all questions and was very patient with my concerns. These folks are a delight to do business with. They will have a loyal repeat customer in me.

We are glad we found this place! Came the same day to repair a Hanging space heater. Fixed it quickly and efficiently. The cost for parts was quite reasonable. The gentleman that did the repairs was pleasant and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me a service plan, or any other equipment like the place that fixed my home unit did. This was fair pricing and good work. I will definitely call Salt City Heating and Air to do any other repairs needed on either my business or my home. It is great to know you are getting great service at a fair price.

I had contacted one of the Gephardt approved HVAC companies recently to check out my furnace , but after their technician told me the (outrageous) price to replace a faulty circuit board (thus leading both of us to conclude that replacing the whole furnace might be the best course of action), I decided to get a second opinion. I contacted Salt City and spoke with Eric on the phone. He was able to replace the part for less than a third of what the other company was quoting. Tony stopped by within the hour to replace the part, and now my furnace is working fine. These guys did a great job for me! My experience has been that the big companies usually pay for a lot of advertising, and that cost seems to get passed on to the consumer. I will definitely call Salt City first next time.
Very Fair Pricing and Great Service

After shopping around for a couple weeks to replace a 28 year old unit, it was clear to go with Salt City! Erick gave me a quote right over the phone to the PENNY! Most guys wanted to string me a long and upsell me to something I didn't need. I didn't tell Erick that I worked as a General Contractor because I wanted to make sure he didn't treat me different than the average home owner.... Superb Job! Great Pricing...Thanks guys!!! Drew
