Simplify my books has been helping me keep up on books for over 2 years now. It's a very easy system and little hassle for me. I just put my receipts in an envelope and they pick it up. I don't have to worry about keeping track of the receipts or how to track my expenses they do it all. I highly recommend this system to everyone needing help with their books. They even helped me catch up on past years books.


     

Fabulous company, makes things easier

I have worked with Simplify My Books for five years now. They are very professional and terrific at making sure the books are done in a timely manner and that I get my reports. It is such a relief to me to know that my Quickbooks file is kept up to date! And they are a bargain at twice the price. They also work very well with my tax accountant and are available to answer his questions at tax time, so doing taxes is so much easier than it used to be. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Before I started working with Simplify My Books, my books were a mess, I was losing money and couldn't figure out where it had gone. I had a friend doing my books and wasn't getting me anywhere. Then I met with the Simplify teams and when their lead bookkeeper took a look at what she would be facing, smiled and told me "Oh, I can fix that." Like it would be absolutely no problem. They even went back and redid all of the bookkeeping work that my friend had done. Their program is so easy that when it came time to take things to my tax professional even he was amazed at the job they had done fixing everything and helping me turn my losses into gains. Knowing that I have this team behind me gives me peace of mind. Not only are they making sure that I am taken care of, they are the most cost effective solution that I have found.
