I am obsessed with SLC Fit Collective. I have been overweight my whole life and am always trying to find new ways to get in shape. I have even ran 2 half marathons, but never "really" seemed like I was healthy till I started to do Carrie's boot camp at SLC Fit Collective. In 6 weeks I lost 5 1/2" inches all over and lost 1% body fat, but more important I feel so strong and healthy!!!! I am doing things that I never thought possible and doing them now, without being out of breathe or only doing 3 when she asked for 20. It is such a great place for all types of women to come feel supported in their weight loss goals and to achieve what you put your mind too. Carrie does such a wonderful job knowing you and knowing what your body needs, so you never feel like a number, but like an actual person trying to get healthy!

I love, love, love, love SLC Fit Collective! Did I mention I love them? I have been attending Carrie's bootcamp classes for a year now; it was my new years resolution last year and the only one I stuck with. In the last year I changed my diet considerably without much effort or sacrifice at all. I lost over 10% percent body fat and several inches from all over my body. I feel amazing and love going to the classes each week. I've never been able to commit to a gym in the past because I always felt so intimidated by all the huge men and constant grunts. But at SLC Fit you will instantly feel comfortable. The atmosphere is so motivating and encouraging you can't help but find yourself fitting right in with all the other women there trying to get in shape just like you. If you only try one more gym before you quit working out all together this is the one.

SLC Fit Collective has changed my life! Carrie's boot camp is the most fun I have had working out EVER. Since I began attending in June of 2012, I have become a new me. Carrie's positive attitude and endless encouragement have helped me to change my eating and other health related habits not because I hate my body and want to change it so I can be happy, but because I love my body! No matter what shape you're in, if you focus on all of the wonderful things your body does for you each day, wouldn't you want to put all of the best things into it so that it will continue to improve? That's pretty much Carrie's motto and with her help to shift my view of my body, it has become easier to eat healthier and push myself harder during each workout. I honestly don't know what I would do without Carrie's boot camp. It is one of the most looked-forward-to parts of my week. Seriously, if I couldn't go at least once a week, I would lose my mind. When I started going to SLC Fit Collective boot camp, I was feeling all bummed out about my jelly roll. The instructor, Carrie, makes it so much fun that I don't even realize I am about to roll over and die of exhaustion, and afterwards I feel like I am unstoppable and start hugging random people on the street. I feel so good during and after her classes that my self worth and daily life have improved ten fold. Try it once, and you will know exactly what I am talking about!
