This shop was great to work with! Went in and checked out a bunch of bikes and they financed me for the one I wanted. Love the bike and service I received!

I CAN'T EVEN START TO EXPLAIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT HERE! I can only imagine how any other shop would have treated the situation I had! If anyone says they don't put the customer first, they are straight up lying! I cannot say enough good things about these guys that work here and the shop. They have earned my business for LIFE!
overpriced and difficult

I went there looking at a motorcycle that was priced over book value (had no extras, bare) and then I found out that they were missing the back seat and back rest. I told them I wanted to pay $100 under book since I would have to pay for a new seat and back rest, this meant a $500 drop in price. The salesman said the best they could do was book value, which I agreed on as I liked the bike. The price was settled and I was just waiting for him to draw up the paperwork. When I next walked into the office he told me that they weren't making enough (note they were making money, just not enough), so they had raised the price again. After about 5 minutes of arguing I walked out as I refused to be taken advantage of. Crappy prices, bikes need work (from the few I looked at), and sales team sucks. Avoid at all costs. Unless of course you don't mind being treated poorly and overcharged...
