Our flat fee is $24.50 an hour. With 12 employees on staff, you can choose what we do, how long we do it and how many of our employees you want in your home at a time. Would you like us to leave your home squeaky clean or do you have three hours worth of chores you hate to do every week?
Perfect. There is no job to big or to small. If you aren't happy, we clean until you are. We gaurantee our work. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know and we will come back for no additional charge.
All our employees have had thourough background checks, speak english fluently (there is no language barrier of any kind,) and our receptionist is available Mon-Fri 9:00 to 5:00 for an easy over the phone estimate and feel free to leave a message after hours as we check them regularly. The best part of our service is getting to know your cleaner. Barring unforseen circumstances, you will have the same cleaner each time. They get to know you, your home, where things go, and how you like things done. Our goal is to tailor our service to each individual client, so our cleaning service can be exactly the way you want your cleaning service to be.
So many cleaning companies are just not ethical. They require a huge upfront deep cleaning which is expensive, they charge the same amount each time for your home regardless of how clean or dirty it is at the time. They make their employees independent contractors, don't insure them, don't reimburse for fuel, make them buy their own supplies, pay them minimum wage and don't treat them with respect. Just had my first housecleaning with Jen from Stainless Housekeeping. Jen was super friendly and a meticulous cleaner. When I checked her work after she was done everything looked awesome! She followed my list of the order I wanted rooms cleaned and each one was done nicely! I would highly recommend Jen if you want a super nice looking clean home. I plan to have her clean my home on a regular basis.

I would recommend Stainless Housekeeping to anyone! I was having a large gathering at my home and needed my house spotless. The employee that came was efficient, fast, and very professional in her conduct. She was well prepared will all of her own supplies and was willing to do any little "extras" that I asked of her. If you hire Stainless, you will not be disappointed!!!

Don't even waste your phone call. They told me that I had to approve $450 in cleaning and I could not set a limit or tell them what I wanted to have cleaned. They would decide and they would clean everything. They have to protect their reputation. They were certain that there was spaghetti caked on the counter tops that I was not telling them about. What do they think I am, an imbecile? Nope, my house, my money, I'm the boss. Goodbye. There you go, you can have your reputation.
Owner response: Any homeowner, is of course the boss, and may choose to HIRE or NOT Hire Stainless Housekeeping. We do make sure, on our move out cleans, to be thorough, because there are two parties involved. There are the people moving out (who are usually paying) and the people moving in. We do our best to not disappoint either party. We prefer to disclose all our policies UP FRONT,so there are no surprises, so consumers may make an intelligent decision.
