Kip is a craftsman, perfect and affordable

I had Kip come to my house and do carpet and tile. He not only was on time, but had a great price. He works very fast and is flawless in his work. His prices were very fair for the work he did. His tile work is amazing. He took great care to do everything perfect for me (I am picky) I would use Kip every time I needed any floring work! Highly recommended!


     

Very good vinyl job

I needed vinyl put in a bathroom and Kip was able to do much more than just the vinyl. He was able to remove my toilet and put it back down and also make the baseboard look right after. He made several suggestions that I would have never known about had he not mentioned them. I am sure that will save me a lot of money in the long run. His prices were fair and he was very fast. Thank you Kip!

I had Kip come and do my tile on my kitchen countertops. He somehow was able to lay it on top of my existing counter and even took it up the sides of the walls. He replaced my sink and faucet and I feel like I have a completely new kitchen. I love that I have tile on my counters as I can put hot pans on it and know that it will not burn. The design he came up with looks great and he was able to seal it with something that makes it look very shiny and clean. Kip was on time and very respectful of my home and family. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him if you need any tile or flooring work. I will be calling him to replace my carpets soon! Thanks Kip!

Kip is fantastic! I had a situation and needed carpet laid that day asap and he came right over even though I live over an hr away. He did a wonderful job piecing together my used carpet and it looks and feels great. Thank you Kip!


     

FANTASTIC WORK!

Definitely 5+ Stars. I've been looking for someone to come restretch my carpet. I asked for recommendations from friends and neighbors and couldn't find anyone. I looked on KSL classifieds and saw Kip's ad. I sent him an email and he responded promptly, and quoted me a very reasonable price. He came to my home on a Saturday morning, was very prompt...even a few minutes early! (That was impressive.). He restretched my carpets and it looks fantastic. I thought my carpet was beyond repair and may need to be replaced. The carpet looks better now than the day we bought the home. I'm so thankful I found him on KSL classifieds and read the reviews. Thanks so much, Kip!!!
