Foot Zone Therapy is a natural way of bringing relief and healing to the body by utilizing the body's own healing resources. The basis of Foot Zone Therapy is the long established principle that there are energy zones (meridians) running throughout the body, beginning and ending in the hands and feet. Stimulating each nerve creates an impulse that causes the brain to affect change at the corresponding area - treating each cell of the body in every session. Each zone session strengthens to body's ability to heal, create balance, and increase vitality.


The Zone Technique is not simply for those suffering from ailments or disorders, it is also an excellent preventative health measure. Zoning is for all ages, children through adult.


Each session is 45-60 mins and includes a moist heat wrap and essential oils. Child zone sessions range in time from 10-25 mins.


Cost is age-based (due to the level of complexity and size of the feet)


Foot Zone Therapy for ages 12 and older: $30


8-11 yrs old: $15


4-7 yrs old: $10


1-3 yrs old: $5


newborn to 12 months old: No charge
