GREAT CLEANING SERVICE

LOVE THEIR JOB!! I resently used their services thinking they were just gonna do an ok job. I had a cleaning service before and they went from ok to really bad in no time. But when they came they did such a great job cleaning and they were so detailed that i have no problem having them come on a regular basis. They were only coming for a one time clean but they changed my mind. You girls rock keep up the good work you guys.

Cesilia and Sandra have been coming to my house for the last few months and i gotta say great job. My wife is very sick and the house has to be spotless. Its nice to know i dont have to worry if they are doing a good job because i know they are. I would recommend them to anyone

Had these lovely girls come to my house today and i was amazed at how they got my house looking like new. I was especially surprised at how Cesilia left my shower looking so sparkling and new i will love her forever!! Sandra also did a great job cleaning the kitchen and my stove looks new. I have not seen it look this clean in long time. I could actually see my floors YAY!! I will not forget the hard works these girls have done for me THANK YOU.

I have always been hesitant hiring housekeepers because I've always believed no one can clean my own house as well as I can...since I am the one living in it. Well, time has been an issue so I hired these lovely women (right here off of KSL) for some help. Out of all the cleaning services I've tried, this one is the best. when I saw Sandra actually on her hands and knees, scrubbing the floors, I knew they actually cared! Other things that is notable: They are NEVER on their cell phones, they are good about my dogs, they are very reasonable and (even the first time) I have never had to guide them through what needs to be done. They just come in and work. Everything always looks great so I now have them coming on a weekly basis. (obviously very trustworthy, too).
Bad customer service!

I contacted the cleaning sisters on Nov 3rd and got a quote and scheduled a time for them to come clean our house the following Monday. I contacted them in the morning to see what time they would be there (2pm) and took time off of work to meet them at the house to go over everything. 30 min before they were supposed to be there they called me to see if I could reschedule them for later in the week because they had a business client they needed to be to by 5 pm. They offered no apology for the no show and were indifferent when I told them I would contact someone else. I decided to try them based on their KSL star rating and have no idea how well they clean but do know that they are not very professional in matters of keeping their scheduled appointments and lack customer service.
