PEOPLE FRIENDLY!

I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY AFTER HOURS ON A SAT. AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT MONDAY-LUCAS SHOWED UP TO LOOK AT MY PARENTS HEATER. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE SKILLS! HE WAS ABLE TO BREAK THE LANGUAGE BARRIER & IMMEDIATLY POINTED OUT AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM FOR US TO UNDERSTAND. HE DID HAVE TO COME BACK AND REPLACE THE PART FOR THE HEATER TO WORK BUT SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AS HE SAID HE WOULD. GREAT SERVICE!

Friendly, informative, clean, ON TIME and a very very good price. Their estimate was more than $1500 less expensive than the cheapest guy I found. Lucas is very professional, furnace and ac worked great, excellent warranty and free labor warranty. Can't get any better than that. Fully recommended

After struggling to work with other HVAC companies i decided to try a new company- I called "Total service" to install a new furnace in one of my buildings (95% efficientcy) Lucas was able to come that same week and got the job done within the time frame he gave me. I have since returned to him to do tune ups on my other properties and have recomended him to all family and friends. His prices are cheaper than any other company ive worked with and they even gave me a warrenty at no additional cost!

These guys are great, i had to take some time and actually do a review because impressed me. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine and i was a little iffy about them at first for not being one of the (big guys) in the end they installed a high efficient furnace and i do not have any problems with it, they came in and installed it quick and easy, i asked them some questions about it and they answered every single one of them. Pros: Great service Knowledgeable Friendly people quality equipment Amazing price On time Cons: I had to wake up early, in the end not many people care, i just hate waking up. Overall great service and i will recommend these guys to friends and family.
