Very impressed on the quality of work provided to us!

Preston came the day of the call to do an estimate and had very competitive prices! He was very professional and always called to stay in contact until the job was done. They did such a great job on our tree pruning and tree removal that we have had many neighbors comment on how good our yard looks! Thanks for helping us make our yard look beautiful! Side note: other companies that we had called for bids, showed up when the job was half way done and were surprised that someone was that fast at getting a bid and the job done! Very satisfied and happy to refer this company to all! Thank You!

I am so happy we had Tree Friends of Utah take care of our Trees at our home. They seemed to really know what they were doing & I felt I could trust them with my various tree needs I had. Terrible Service - Tree Friends stole $250 from me!

Tree Friends was eager to help - calling me three times per day - until they got my $250 deposit. We haven't seen or heard from them since and have left several messages, two of which we gave them the opportunity to come and prune our tree or give our money back before we left this review. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Tree Friends - we will be MORE THAN HAPPY to remove this ad if you would like to make this right!


     

Beware... poor business practices

Paid a $250+ deposit to these people late last year and haven't seen or heard from them since. They don't return phone calls and haven't shown up to do the work. I'm having to file a claim in small claims court this week in an attempt to recover my deposit. Very, very disappointing. Buyer beware... find another tree service.
