Utah Carpet Care #1

Utah Carpet Care is my choice for cleaning carpets in my home and rental units because of the consistently excellent service I receive. I considered replacing the carpet in some of my rentals, but the carpet looked so good after Utah Carpet Care completed the jobs, that I didn't need to replace the carpet. They are punctual, thorough, and respectful of my property. I know I got a lot more than I paid for! I've used them for years - they're a "10" and resonably priced.

Simon from Utah Carpet Care was referred to me by a friend. I've used him now on several occasions and the service and price are top notch. I called him in a frantic yesterday as we had a sick dog that made a total mess of our main living room. He was by just a few hours later which took a ton of stress off me! I also had him look at some year old pet stains that had turned our bedroom carpets a bright red color. These lifted beautifully!! We will continue to call Simon for our carpet needs!

New dog from the shelter is still adjusting to the house (and my handmade wool Persian rugs) to say the least. Not once, but twice it got really, really messy. Simon was able to come in very short notice, worked very hard and (extremely carefully) on the rugs to get them perfect. Things I noticed: His equipment was clean. He moved items that may have been rubbed by cleaning hoses. He did not track anything into the house (even on a rainy day). He actually COMBED the fringe on the carpets when he was done so they laid and dried perfectly. When he was gone, there was no telling anything ever happened or that he was even there. *THIS IS VERY RARE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY Since then, he has cleaned my rental houses and business with commercial carpet and slate tile bathroom. Simon truly cares, is absolutely professional, and fair. There is a true value in that equation. Utah Carpet Care has my business forever. Integrity is everything and Simon nailed it. 5 Stars

I have used Utah CarpetCare for several years. I always request for Simon each time. I have had him do my rentals and personal home. Trust him at all my properties. Very trustworthy and accomodating. I will always use Utah CarpetCare (Simon), he gives me the peice of mind that the job is done right and always very fair in his pricing.
