Great Service, Highly Responsive

Kelly Luke and his Word of Mouth Plumbing business offer top-notch, honest, and fair service at a good price. He has always come prepared to do jobs I've only asked him to quote on; and I felt bad on one occasion when the work would have cost more than I could afford, and had to ask him to return another time. Kelly is knowledgeable in plumbing and natural gas, and is willing to invest his time to do a job right the first time--a trait that I highly value. When our basement flooded and our whole house was without water, I needed a good plumber. Our friends recommended him, and he took our sense of urgency to heart--arriving within 2 hours of our call to fix a problem with a busted valve assembly. He is keen to ask about any other problems while he's on-site, so he can provide an honest assessment of their potential impact. He has honestly pointed out when we didn't need to concern ourselves with immediate repair or replacements, and highlighted those that we should.

We own a company that rents condos and have been very happy with Word of Mouth Plumbing. When you call Word of Mouth you get Kelly and when you need a plumber for rental properties you can't spend a lot of time calling people. You have to call a company you can trust that will the give your tenants prompt service. As well as giving the owner quality parts and service at a really fair price. When you need a plumber Kelly at Word of Mouth is the person to call.
