overpriced guns

Good service but he asks retail prices for used guns

A joke

Place is dirty, been there a couple times and owner never makes eye contact and customer service is terrible. I mean horrific. Just about everything is over priced. Bought something and didn't check it before I left. Brought it home and worked once and then broke. Brought it backed and he blamed it on me and lied to me telling me he checked it right in front of me. Bad attitude and not helpful. Will never go back again and this was not a personality conflict. Not sure why he is in this business.

There are too many pawn shops out there to go to this place. Prices were WAY too high, service was terrible. If I wanted to be personally insulted, I'd visit my in-laws. Hopefully your experience is different.

Bad Pawn Shop

Very poor customer service and Very Rude! Not to mention they never take anything you bring in. I think its because he never sells anything. So out of all the pawn shops in Utah County this is the last one I'd ever go to again

Don't waste your time

This store is a joke. The owner is a jerk! Plain and simple. He is abrasive and rude. I was wanting to purchase items and he was put off and irritated. Items are overpriced. Don't waste your time.
