Name: Mt Olympus Tae Kwon Do. Descripton: At Mount Olympus Tae Kwon Do we teach traditional martial arts and self defense. Our classes include self defense skills, general physical conditioning, balance training, and improve coordination. This type of exercise is ideal for people of all ages. Led by a certified black belt instructor, our classes include basic floor drills, traditional forms (poomse) practice, one-step sparring, and light contact sparring. We stress control and honor in our interactions and practice together. Our Tae Kwon Do training is ideal for children who grow fast during their school years. During this development it is crucial they are involved in safe activities that build physical strength, coordination, and give them an opportunity to build self-confidence. Tae Kwon Do practice is ideal for adults of all ages. As we age it is common to lose muscle conditioning, flexibility, and balance.
