Name: Private Personal Training. Descripton:I'm looking to privately train whoever is willing to get into the shape they've always wanted to be in. I can help you gain muscle mass, gain muscle strength, lose fat, increase flexibility, and/or work around and even heal injuries. Despite my scoliosis and joint hypermobility, I have added sixty pounds of muscle to my naturally small frame while maintaining a body fat percentage of 7%. I also have experience with meditation and mindfulness, and my experience with them has dramatically improved my workouts and even helped me overcome injuries. That said, I can bring them into your training if you so desire. If you do what I tell you to do without fail, you WILL come closer to reaching your fitness goals. Doing so takes time and effort, but a healthy body and the healthier mind that accompanies a healthy body make the time and effort well worth the sacrifice. But don't worry; I absolutely promise I won't put you through anything you can't handle. I charge twenty dollars an hour and twenty dollars a week for your diet. So, a session that lasts an hour-and-a-half would be thirty dollars, but sessions will rarely last longer than an hour, and I certainly won't lengthen sessions just to make more money.
