He has extensive experience in Strength Training, Radical Muscle Hypertrophy, Block Periodization, Russian Strength Techniques, Olympic Lifting, Metabolic Conditioning, Cross Training, Speed & Agility Training and other Fitness Regards. He is proficient in proper form, technique, and soundness on many of the major lifts, and is also experienced in functional movements. He has a uncanny ability to utilize his experience to provide maximum and timely results for his athletes . Cassidy is a competitive powerlifter and is currently ranked 21st in the Nation and 2nd in the State of Utah with a most recent total of 2100 lbs in the 275lb multi-ply division at the SPF Ironman Classic ProAm in Knoxville, TN. His experience includes: CrossFit Football Certification, Crossfit Powerlifting Certification, Preparing to take CSCS exam.
