I will personalize a comprehensive fitness program that covers everything you need for success, and I will travel to you for training sessions.  I use a stability ball, adjustable dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX, Etc.  You will get new monthly workout plans plus nutritional guidance including example diet plans.  I like to keep things fun and interesting while still pushing you, so give me a call.  The first session is free when you sign up for 3 months or more.  During the session, you will perform several assessments that help me to write an individualized plan for you.  Plus, you will find out what your body percent fat is.  Visit my website listed below for pricing, testimonials, etc.
