I charge a low, one-time set up fee of $500 and then 10% of the rent collected and I split late fees collected with the owner. I do not charge the owner additional fees for service calls, repairs, evictions or to fill vacancies.
I am a licensed Realtor and Associate Broker so if a long term investment is not what you're interested in and you need to rent your home until it's time to sell, I can provide you with a comprehensive plan to rent and sell your home as well as save you significant money in commissions.
I personally handle all my accounts , answer my phone and emails. If you need me, I'm available and, like I said, I don't kill you with fees like many other property management companies.
