We bring Health and Fitness to those FOLKS who are at home alone and need the care of other professionals. We don't help in the MAJOR health issues, but where AMPs Fitness comes in is, we bring the amazing opportunity to allow elderly client to become stronger, more stable, and more self-sustaining. We bring our Geriatric Gym to our clients home and help prolong the lives of our healthy clients by doing 45 minute sessions two to three times a week which allows our clients to continue to be THEIR OWN PRIMARY CAREGIVERS. Below is a list that is comprised of JUST OF FEW of things listed below..

Body Weight Exercise that Increases Bone Density

Body Spacial Skills

Coordination Training

Basic Rehabilitation, but better YET, INJURY PREVENTION

Let us help you or your loved one to prolong their ability to continue to live on their own. Our sessions will gradually and safely give your the strength to scientifically pause aging. Don't worry about stairs anymore. Don't worry about falling and never getting up. Let AMPs prepare and prevent you from becoming another statistic that loses their freedom to live a normal life. Stay in your own home, have enough strength to do your OWN grocery shopping, and make it to church every Sunday!
