A healthy baby starts with a healthy mom. Stay fit during each stage of pregnancy and have fun doing it. Our small group classes work for all fitness levels and stages of pregancy. Our workouts are safe, practical and OB/GYN aprroved and incorporate flexibility, cardio and strength elements. These fitness programs are designed to help our moms-to-be feel energized, manage weight gain, prepare for labor and give them an overall sense of well being. We help our moms stay fit and motivated throughout their pregnancies so that when their little one(s) arrive they have the energy to chase after them AND have an easier time returning to their pre-pregnancy bodies.
