Bean Firearms Company was established in 2009. With an amazing pedigree in precision CNC machining for the aerospace and defense industries, Greg Bean created a new company based on the same principles he has been working with for years. Advanced engineering, quality materials, and the highest manufacturing standards, define Bean Firearms.
Bean Firearms uses Mazak 5-axis CNC machines along with Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines, enabling us to produce our firearms with less human handling and fewer fixtures than most production environments. For more than a dozen years, Greg has been designing and creating products for some of the most stringent customers in the world. That experience comes through in every product we make.
Our firearms align perfectly as a result of our processes, machinists and quality of materials. Not only do we utilize the best machines in the industry, we also use only the highest quality materials. We machine from billet, never using forged or die cast parts. Bean firearms’ bolt and bolt carrier are 416 stainless steel, our lowers and uppers are 7075-T6 aluminum and our hand guard is 6061-T6 aluminum.
Thinking through all the design flaws common to almost every AR-15 style rifle on the market, we spent over two years designing, testing and engineering solutions. With advancements in our gas block, trigger group, and piston operation, not to mention the exterior features, we have created one of the best functioning and best looking rifles in the market. We work diligently to ensure that every product that leaves our door meets your needs and our standards.
We pride ourselves in supporting our troops. Many at Bean Firearms are former active duty service members, including Greg, a former Chief Warrant Officer in the Army. We are also proud to be building products in the USA, for the people of this great nation. Our manufacturing facility, including final assembly, is located in Murray, Utah.
