I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana, and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I have been doing strength and conditioining training, personal training and speed training for over 5 years. No matter what your goals are or what sport you play I can build you a specific program to help you push you limits and reach your potential.
