All training and nutrition is conducted by Zach Gee. Zach has a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah and an M.Ed. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Utah State University. Zach is also certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and through USA Weightlifting as a Sports Performance Coach. Currently, Zach is also the club coach for XtremePerfect Weightlifting in Provo.
Zach not only brings knowledge but also a wealth of experience to the table. As a former collegiate strength and conditioning coach, he has worked with high level athletes as well as the soccer mom through his personal training experience.
