‘At Home’ Telecommuting Reps.
Double Loop Marketing is now hiring Telecommuting Reps who will work from Home. Our Telecommuting Reps provide exceptional customer service to customers that are interested in furthering their education. These customers have requested information about going back to school and waiting to connect with our AT HOME REPS. We are needing friendly, knowledgeable and articulate applicants who can handle a wide range of situations and personalities. Our reps have the responsibility to professionally communicate in a way that facilitates product appeal, knowledge of product, and confidence to close. These are not sales calls but consulting calls to assist customers in their desire to further their education and graduate. After initial training, reps are allowed to work from home during the required time slots.
Shifts are 16-20 hours per week Monday-Friday. Various shift hours available from 8a-8p.
At Home Telecommuting Reps are paid on a per minute basis. Reps can average $10-$12/hr depending on volume of calls taken.
Basic Requirements: Some sales and/or customer service experience, high school graduate or GED, strong communication skills, positive attitude, self motivated, driven by success, and strong working habits.
Technology Requirements: COMPUTER-Windows XP or later (Windows 7 Preferred) Apple or Mac will not work , Minimum recommended amount of RAM for the operating system (1 GB for Windows XP, 2 GB for Windows 7), Computer must have a USB port available for headset. Additionally, applicants must have a computer and internet access. INTERNET-Internet connection with at least 5 Mbps of bandwidth and Antivirus software installed/updated.
