Rapid Prompting Method (RPM ) is an educational method to empower the student with means to express learning, understanding, reasoning, and thoughts by identifying the open learning channel(s) (visual, auditory, tactile, kinesthetic ) at the instant of learning. (See example in video below and throughout the website) It was developed by Soma Mukhopadhyay. (RPM can also be used to teach motor skills, any “functional” task, really anything). 

1-Is your child* (3 yrs-99 yrs old) non-speaking or has low-speaking abilities (such as can verbalize a few words or phrases of "I want...")?

2-Have you been told that he or she can't learn or perhaps has the intellect of a toddler? Has your child been working on the same task year after year (colors, matching, sorting, counting objects, ABC recognition, following one step directions, etc)?

3-Has your child had a change of school(s) because of extreme behavior** or low functioning levels-perhaps said to have plateaued?

4-Have you ever wanted to know what your child thought about situations, what he/she knows and can learn, why he/she was crying, hitting, or biting, or have your child to you that he/she loves you?

5-Have you ever thought your child was intelligent, but don't know how to access him/her?

6-Is your child said to be "low-functioning", have severe autism, or some related conditions? OR is your child able to talk some (perhaps even classified as "high functioning"), but gets stuck and seems to have some difficulties with output?

7-Can your child type or hand-write a list of words or maybe communicate some by typing or writing, but not in full?

8-Have you tried, PECS, Son-rise, ABA, signing, etc, with minimal success? 

9- Does your child having an alternate sensory system or different way of learning?
