SERVICES DETAILS: Economy service is completed on an indefinite time period (usually less than 2 weeks).
ECONOMY SERVICE IS SCHEDULED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Emergency service fees apply for calls and any/all services outside normal business hours OR 10AM-4PM Monday-Friday.
-No guarantee is offered on shipping times for parts ordered: Delays can and do occur.
-Once a repair is initiated, it cannot be terminated: Units cannot be pulled off the workbench prematurely. And no full refund after we started the job, up to 50% could be refunded in certain cases.
-Storage Fees & Abandoned Units: After 2 weeks of completion, a daily storage fee of $5.00 ($10 for desktops) will be applied after work is completed. After 45 days, the unit will be deemed "abandoned" and will be sold.
-Technicians are not available for free consultation: Technicians are not available for telephone consultation or technical support via email. If you wish to speak to a technician, you must first schedule an appointment. Consultation fees will be applied with a 1 hour min.
-Hourly Fees: All services are billed hourly with a 1 hour min. and 5 hour max. $50 flat rate 1st/hour and $25 after that.
No cost for on-site visits from Lehi to Spanish Fork, other areas range $5 to $15 (Salt Lake City to Riverton).
-Refunds: All services are billed as consultation and are non-refundable.
-Parts: Service parts are ordered via 3rd party distributors and payment may be required prior to ordering.
-Emergency, Same Day & Onsite Service: Emergency, Same Day and on-site services are an additional $25 per hour (see hourly fee).
