I perform approximately 20-30 evictions per month - I also provide excellent and solid lease agreements and property management agreements, legal advice regarding landlord/tenant law, and all legal notices necessary. Bottom line, my fees are $200 (plus filing/service fees) per non-contested eviction regardless of whether or not a tenant calls me or spends any time with me. If the tenant contests the eviction, which is when they officially file an Answer with the court, my fees are a total of $400.
I think a great selling point is that I ask for NO MONEY DOWN and NO RETAINER. I will front the court service fee and simply put the amount on the invoice, trusting you as my client. Bottom line, I trust you will pay within 15 days of invoice.
