As a certified personal trainer, I am dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. I ensure progress through the use of functional training, nutrition, strength training, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.

One-on-One Training Packages:

1st Session is FREE – Complete fitness assessment and one-on-one workout

5 sessions - $400

10 sessions - $750

15 sessions - $1000

20 sessions - $1300

Group Training Packages:

1st Session is FREE – Complete fitness assessment and group workout

5 sessions - $250 per person

10 sessions - $480 per person

15 sessions - $650 per person

20 sessions - $850 per person

Every package includes:

  1. Training sessions – you will learn proper form and
  2. Weekly workout plans for you to complete on your own
  3. Customized meal plan which is adjusted as your body changes
  4. Nutrition tracking, guidance, and support
  5. Free monthly results tracking: body fat, weight, measurements, and fitness improvements
  6. Learning lifestyle changes that you will use for the rest of your life!
