My name is Lynndsey Miller and I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer.
I am passionate about relationships and health and fitness. My health and fitness programs work because I CARE. I take the time to really get to know each individual and I create meal plans and programming that fit each client's specific needs, goals, likes and dislikes. For this reason I cannot give a general overview of my training style as this will change greatly from person to person. I have worked with people who need to to put on weight, lose weight, morbidly obese cients, athletes, preteens, teens, moms, dads, grandpas even a pro surfer.
I create a new delicious, doable meal plan weekly depending on the foods you're craving and the goals we are trying to meet in relation to your body composition and and performance goals. As one of my clients says "Finally... a trainer that doesn't make you eat rabbit food!"
Often times I think people feel like they work for their trainer. I always remember that you have a CHOICE on who to hire and I want to give you the chance to decide if I am who YOU'RE looking for.
