The Probable Talent Finder came through a program that is not really a parenting program but more a social work program, where if parents use it their children won’t have big problems when they get older.
The Probable Talent Finder, also called 4 Columns and 6 Rows, is applicable to individuals as well as being for parents.
It is different than other personality tests in that it is functional, not just a trait finder. In finding traits, a trait, the model teaches how to have other traits and how the trait came about.
A person changes according to choice where personality tests are not accurate depending on who the person is standing around.
If you are a fish in a small pond you may take on a new talent or trait if others don’t seem to have it.
Check out our website: cra.yolasite.com for present library presentations October through January 2013.
Note: We have an application workbook for parents. We have principles, such as: found on this site. http://aprincipletuningin.wordpress.com/tag/4-columns-6-rows/ included in the workbook which are an explanation and understanding of the rows of the probable talent finder. The "finder" is functional; it solves problems.
We are giving presentations at libraries in Davis County and Utah County on: A Healthy Model of Personality that Solves the Problem of Autism
