I have been in the Personal Training /Coaching field for the past 15 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from South Africa. I focus on Core exercises and strengthening areas prone to injury and sport specific or activity specific exercises.

Diet is a huge part of a healthy life, therefore we can come up with a routine that will benefit you and work within your everyday lifestyle.

I know how complicated our bodies are and can feel, but I also know how to use it to our benefit and be in complete control. Every person is unique and so should their exercise be. We can work on a program and goals specific to you.

Sport Specific is also no problem. I can train you or help with any sport you are doing; sport specific is my specialty. I can come to you at a convenient location. We can use your exercise equipment, or I can bring with me, or we can improvise with what we have around us.

  • Improving balance $20 per hour
  • Speed work $20 per hour
  • Coordination $20 per hour
  • Core strengthening $20 per hour
  • Sport Specific Training $40 per hour
  • Exercise plans $25 - $50 per week 
  • Eating plan $30 per week

Group pricing is available. (I am affordable). THIS NEEDN'T BE EXPENSIVE. We can work it out.
