General Info

I'm a normal, overweight woman who has struggled for years to gain control of my weight and my health.  Trying diet after diet program and never finding anything that worked, I had given up - almost.  Through my own research and understanding of my weight problem, I finally found what I needed to lose weight.  
I'm not going to be some thin person telling you to exercise and eat nothing but salads.  I'm still working towards reaching my goal and I get closer every day!  I have lost a total of 90 lbs. since November 2011 and the best part is that 70 lbs. of it has been lost since March of this year!!  That's 70 lbs. in 6 months!  
Now I want to share what I've learned, and help others struggling with their weight to reach their goals the way that I am reaching mine.  My first goal was to get under 200 lbs, and I've done that!  Now I have another 50 lbs. to go for my next goal to be met and I know that if I can lose this much weight so fast, I can help you do the same!
