MOTIVATION & INSPIRATION are the keys to changing your body and changing your life. Get inspired & guided by someone who lives it. I’ve gone through the struggle to lose weight and get healthy. In my early 30s, I topped out at 265 pounds – I was inactive, unhealthy, and not enjoying life. I took control and changed my diet and lifestyle. Now, at 38 and 180 pounds, I am fit, healthy, and happy. My mission and passion in life is to help guide and coach my clients on their own paths to health and happiness.

PROGRAM DESIGN

Resistance training in studio: Free weight & body weight resistance work to strengthen the core, lower body & upper body

Tabata-inspired functional training: Interval-style training to improve balance, strength, & coordination for daily activities

Picnic table workout: Outdoor training at the park using picnic tables, hills, swing sets, and so much more

School yard workout: Exercise designed around the Little-Tyke workout center & spaces of the school yard (basketball court, grass fields, etc.)

Aerobic endurance training: Combination of walking, jogging, & running to develop cardiovascular and respiratory fitness

Stretching: Assisted full-body stretching to improve flexibility & range of movement

NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

Guidance with food choices and adopting clean & healthy eating habits
