I train my clients one on one in my studio in Draper. No membership required. I Create individualized guidelines for my clients to follow each week. I take measurements on a weekly basis including circumference, weight, and bodyfat. Depending on how the clients body reacts to the guidelines that I have given and feedback from the client, I adjust the guidelines accordingly. I have been in the fitness industry going on 9 years and have trained the lowest level average client to the highest level professional athlete. I take on anybody that is willing to make the change and work hard in order to look and feel the best they ever have in their life. I work on nutrition, cardio, weight training, and supplementation with my clients.
