I provide customized guidelines that include, nutrition plans, cardio and weight training workouts, supplement advice, and I show how to properly stretch to improve one's posture. I can help anyone from children playing sports, to grandma and grandpa, to the averagbe person that just wants to improve their overall well being and health, as well as professional athletes. I have been doing this for over 10 years. I love what I do. I am currently offering one on one training sessions, consulting with my nutritional software, sports performance training, and group classes. I work out of a facility in Sandy called the Mountain West Baseball Academy. It has a full sized baseball field inside on turf, batting cages, as well as a full sized gym connected to it. No membership required. I work 7 days a week. I also have a female trainer that works for me. Who trains clients that sign up on my program.
