Trained Health Coach
Have you been thinking of making healthy changes in your life, or have you recently started and aren’t sure what to do next?
As a trained health coach and exercise physiologist, I have the background in counseling of exercise, nutrition, stress management, and tobacco cessation to help you make those changes you have been wanting to. My Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Chemistry, supports my background of health coaching at a large corporation and working with PEAK Academy at the University of Utah. As a life long athlete and active individual I have a passion for helping others become happier and healthier.
Whether it’s been years since you had time to think about your health and well being, or you are an experienced athlete; we can work together to help you make improvements and become a healthier you!
Sessions will be structured to identify your specific needs and help you set goals and the steps you will do to progress toward those goals. By setting small achievable goals and following up on them on a regular basis, you will have the necessary support to achieve the health improvements you are looking for! For ease these sessions can take place telephonically during a convenient time for you, or we can get together at a comfortable location where you can get the most out of the health coaching experience.
