I am a Springville football quarterbacks and strength and conditioning coach. I train football players in the off season for fall, high school football. I emphasize weight training and use position specific workouts to build strength and increase performance. I include outdoor exercises that focus on form, technique, footwork and conditioning. I charge $20 per session with most sessions lasting between 1-1.5 hours. I have trained many successful high school athletes and made it to the professional level as a runner. I have years of experience with exercise and conditioning.
