I am a Certified Fitness Professional with my BS Degree in Exercise Science, along with 8 years experience as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. As a mommy of two, I know how busy and overwhelming things can be. Running the kids from place to place, cooking dinner, doctors appointments, sleepless nights, etc, etc………….. it’s hard to find the time to take care of YOU. BUT, coming from experience, when you make fitness and health a priority you will feel more happy, more energized and less stressed. Taking care of yourself is one of the best things you can do for you and your family.
I offer Personal Training Sessions along with Group Fitness Classes (Boot Camp, Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing) all at a convenient place of your choice - your home, a park, a church gymnasium, etc. I improvise with little to no equipment and cater each program to your desired needs and goals. What to do with the kids? If needs be, have them with you. I am happy to work you out while you open fruit snacks and turn on their favorite cartoon.
