I will personalize a comprehensive fitness program that covers everything you need for success, and I will travel to you for training sessions.  I use a stability ball, adjustable dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX, Etc.  You will get new monthly workout plans plus nutritional guidance including example diet plans.  I like to keep things fun and interesting while still pushing you, so give me a call.  Text or call me for your first session.  Pricing is listed on my website listed below.
