General Info
 In home martial arts training for fitness.  Certified black belt by the USCDK.  Conditioning, speed, basics, forms, balance.  A very good way to get fit that isnt boring. Balance, speed and conditioning are functional intergrated.   A great way for young athletes to learn to use both side of their bodies..    Kicking, blocking, punching, footwork,throws, arm locks, and basic ground work. 10 years experience training and teaching.
