I am a certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from BYU. I have over 5 years of experience in personal fitness training, running, Pilates, and strength training. I also have experience with boxing and self defense. I specialize in women's fitness and nutritional counseling. I can train you in your home, at a park, or at a gym if you have a current membership. I can provide the basic equipment needed, but most of the training I will do requires little to no equipment since I focus on circuit training and Pilates. I will also provide nutrition guidance along with shopping lists and meal plans.
