At JCFit, we understand that each client is different, has different needs, different fitness levels, and need different levels of support. We know that a weight loss program is not "COOKIE CUTTER". We never lump clients into a one-fits-all program where you are not seen for you.
Private Training (one on one): 45-60 minutes $500/12 sessions
Semi-Private Training (three on one): 45-60 minutes shared time with 2 other clients. Not necessarily doing same workout or training for same goal.
Couples Training (two on one): 45-60 minute sessions. $650/12 sessions
Group training sessions (up to 5 people): $130 for 10.
Also available: customized nutrition coaching and meal planning, online training, couples training also available.
