My strengths in this line of work are prospective tenant screening and being able to work with people. I am very careful who I rent to. I do credit checks and personal background checks. If I need to, I get co-signers and require larger deposits before moving in.Below you will find those items I perform for my duties:1 I advertise the properties that are available for rent.2 I take all phone calls, screen tenants, show units, take applicaitons, run credit checks, process application, sign leases inspect properties and prepare unit for the tenant. 3 I return security deposits when tenant moves. I consider myself fair, but at the same time I look out for the owner's interest.4. I collect rents, late fees, etc.5 I pay all bills associated with the property. 6 I drive by the properties on a regular basis, especially during the summertime to ensure proper maintenance and watering.7 I make sure to keep the units in good repair.
