Hello and thank you for reading about me.

I'm a 30 something fitness fanatic who loves positive attitudes and building long term relationships.

I've been a trainer for only a few years but have been in studies for Kinesiology and Exercise science since my early 20s.

 I specialize in one on one style training done either in home or fitness club.

 One way I have to train is my "Fit Camp" that I hold at the Layton UT Snap Fitness.
