We cut down senile coconut trees on Tarawa or remote Kiribati islands, cut them into one board-foot cants to feed into the Legacy CNC mill to make hollow-spiral staircase balusters, finish drying them, load 14,000 into 20' cargo containers for export to Utah for Ebay auction sales. Some balusters fetch over $100 per board foot. The upper, low-density portion of the tree is cut into flooring and treated with the same silicate our pioneer forefathers used to preserve their eggs, "egg keep."
I will part with this start-up business for $10k and 10% of the gross income, or best offer. Come with me to Kiribati see the project, in October, side-step the Utah winter.
