I have both a Bachelor's Degree from Weber State University and a Master's Degree from University of Utah. I was recruited directly out of college for the Department of Defense (DOD) as a Contract Negotiator and worked in that field for eight years prior to leaving for my true love - real estate. As a result of my eight years with the DOD I have superior negotiation skills, contract writing and administration experience, as well as an extensive background in legal application of contracts.
I started in the business of real estate in 2005 because: 1) I wanted the chance to build lasting relationships with people, 2) I wanted to help people buy and sell something I could be passionate about - I love and have informally studied architecture, renovation, interior design and landscaping 3) I have a strong business background and wanted to put those skills to their highest and best use. Helping clients buy and sell what is typically the largest investment of their lives is an incredible responsibility as well as opportunity.
