At LaPorte Fitness we pride ourselves on providing personalized Nutrition and Fitness programs that will get you results! Because everyone is different and a unique individual, each program is created from scratch to meet the goals of each of our clients.

Our 12 week programs include: 

  • Detailed personalized meal plans
  • Workouts and Cardio Plans
  • Weekly 1x1 meetings including - weight ins, bodyfat testing and meal plan and workout adjustments.
  • Unlimited around the clock access to our fitness and nutrition consultant

If you are looking to take your training to the next level, we also provide personalized 16+ week plans for clients that are interested in Contest Prep. These plans are a minimum of 16 week prep commitment and include:

  • Detailed personalized meal plans
  • Workouts and Cardio Plans
  • Weekly 1x1 meetings including - weight ins, bodyfat testing and meal plan and workout adjustments.
  • Unlimited around the clock access to our fitness and nutrition consultant
  • posing practice and coaching
  • day of contest support
