I recently got certified in teaching PiYo, which is one of the greatest forms of exercise around! I walked into the gym in January this year and PiYo is the class I started taking. I have lost 42 lbs! PiYo burns a lot of calories, even more than turbokick! I become energized and relaxed; ready to take on my day! PiYo exercises are Pilates and Yoga based. They are great core strenthening and flexibility training exercises! But you do not have to be flexible or strong to do PiYo! Remember that this is why you are coming! There are plenty of modifications that I will be teaching. I will begin instructing at Tanglewood Studios as soon as I get at least 4 people signed up.
