If you have a family and have not established a last will and testament, you are leaving a lot to chance and to the whims of the Utah court system. Don't let some stranger dictate who gets your property and who will care for your children. Establish a legally binding will.
Wills can cost as much as $600 each, requiring a couple to spend upwards of $1,200. Most people just don't have that kind of money.
I work as corporate in-house counsel for a large corporation, and am providing this service as a side business. The benefit to you is that I don't have to support myself or cover large overhead with the fees I charge. My intent is to market my services to families that think they could never afford a will.
I charge $300 for a simple will. If you have a partner and would like two wills prepared, I will do so for just an extra $100. That means that you can have two wills prepared for only $400. That is an $800 savings. If you feel strongly that you should have a will but feel that my pricing is too steap, contact me and we'll see if we can't get something prepared for cheaper.
This is not a gimmick. If you have a complex estate and will require the creation of a more complex will or a trust, the cost of services will be adjusted accordingly.
Feel free to contact me for a free phone consultation. If I don't answer, just leave a message and I'll call back as soon as possible.
I look forward to speaking with you.
