M2 Sports and Nutrition is a program designed by Mac & Jill McCullough, local Utah residents that enjoy a high quality of life, thanks to a few healthy habits they exercise in their daily lives. The McCullough’s have found that many individuals are not aware of just how good our bodies are made to feel!
The McCullough’s designed this program to help individuals looking to not only become more physically fit, but also teach participants how to work more whole foods into their daily diet. The M2 Sports and Nutrition program takes a holistic approach to wellness, implying that not only do we need to exercise regularly, but eat healthy too!
The goal of the M2 Sports and Nutrition program is to help participants create sustainable healthy habits, allowing them to feel better, move better and even look better!
The M2 Sports and Nutrition program include physical fitness training classes with seasoned coach and trainer, Mac McCullough. In addition, the program also includes classes that teach participants not only what to eat, but how to prepare healthy, simple and delicious meals that will feed their body what it really loves…Whole Foods!
The Nutrition piece of the programs is based upon the research of Robyn Openshaw (a.k.a. The Green Smoothie Girl). Robyn Openshaw is revered worldwide for her whole foods approach to life! The course teaching how to implement the 12 steps to Whole Foods, based upon Robyn’s book “12 Steps to Whole Foods”.
